Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Customers will shoulder the shipping fee, and a rush fee of ₱100 will be applied. To arrange a same-day delivery, please contact us through our Instagram account or email us at contact@beyondliftph.com

We currently offer sizes S, M, and L. For selected styles such as short sleeves and flared leggings, we are also extending into XL, though quantities are limited.

For best results, always follow the care label on each garment. We recommend gentle hand washing in cold water and air drying to preserve the color, fit, print, and overall fabric quality. Please do not iron.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, or body odor).
  • In original packaging with all tags attached and packaging undamaged.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Customers must initiate the return by contacting us through Instagram: @beyondliftph.

BeyondLift reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are outside the 7-day return window.

2. Process for Returns

  • Contact us through Instagram: @beyondliftph within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense using a trackable shipping method (required).

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
  • If approved, we will begin the process for an exchange or refund.
  • We will contact you via Instagram with further instructions and confirmation.
